PharmaShares provides a private, member-based forum to locate potential counterparties for fractional & synthetic royalty contracts

Members may post offers, modify and accept offers to engage in bespoke synthetic royalty transactions
PharmaShares enables members to post offers on any pre-clinical, pre-commercial or commercialized drug or medical device
Members gain long or short exposure to A) clinical advancements of pre-commercial pharmaceutical products or medical devices, and/or B) changes in net sales of specific commercial drugs, or baskets of drugs, without taking equity exposure to the company developing, manufacturing or distributing the pharmaceutical product
Members may structure contracts in multiple methods : springing milestones/royalties via ‘event contracts’, fractional royalty purchase, or multi-class SPV
Members will be onboarded and vetted, with additional counterparty diligence prior to closing the bespoke event contract synthetic milestone/royalty contract
PharmaShares provides the forum for counterparty discovery for structured contracts, with the closing of contracts and any settlement outside of the PharmaShares platform
PharmaShares members can execute contracts in trading contracting method or unchain via blockchain contracts
