LiquidLaw provides members with price discovery for the value of legal contract terms. Any contract term (representation, covenant, ROFO/R, exclusivity, etc) can be valued by parties on LiquidLaw, and can be executed on basis of private or public contract. Covered areas include specific contract term pricing & negotiation, litigation finance, bids on existing public contract terms (executory contracts, claims, etc), and bids on general relationship between public companies Inclusion, deletion or amendment of terms with parties negotiation of contract can be ‘purchased’ to reach contract conclusion in a more efficient manner Disinterested parties to a contract, eg, unaffiliated shareholders (or non-shareholders) of publicly traded companies regarding materials contracts filed under Form 8-K, may be interested in using LiquidLaw to take positions on outcome of the contract (merger arb and/or material commercial contract outcome) LiquidLaw is available to claimants, law firms and financiers of intellectual property and commercial litigation In all cases, LiquidLaw ‘Legal Strips’ provide members with the ability to define the value of contract terms, and, in the case of their own contracts, in exchange for price adjustment and/or modification of other contract terms

Fractional Law Applications by Contract Fractional Law provides negotiating parties with the ability to use RFQ / IOI bid process to define and price specific open terms of a legal contract.
